EasyLessonPlan — AI lesson plan maker for teachers

Service Providers and Subprocessors

Why we use service providers

EasyLessonPlan is run by one person, so the parts of the service that need to run continuously and securely, the servers, the database that stores your saved plans, the sign-in system, the model that generates lesson content, and the email that tells you about your account - are operated by specialist companies rather than built and maintained from scratch.

Those companies receive only what they need to perform their part. Most act as processors: they handle information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. A few act as independent controllers - they decide their own purposes for the data they hold, which is why they are marked separately below. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Payments

EasyLessonPlan is free at the moment and takes no payments, so no payment provider receives your information today and we hold no card details. The two providers listed as switched off remain in the table because a provider that handled a payment in the past can still hold records of it - switching an integration off does not delete what it already has.

Things we do not send anywhere

Word and PDF exports are produced inside the service, and a lesson file you upload to the differentiator has its text read in memory and is then discarded - the file itself is never stored or sent to a conversion service.

Keeping this list current

This page is updated when our processing arrangements change - when a provider is added or removed, or when what one of them does with your information changes. There is no advance notice period and no mailing list for changes; the date below is the way to tell when the list last moved.
