Refund Policy

EasyLessonPlan is currently free to use with a registered account. We do not take payments, we do not ask for card details, and no subscription can be started from this site. There is therefore nothing to refund on a new account.

This policy is published so that the terms are clear in advance: it sets out the rights that apply to any order placed with us in the past, and the rights that will apply if paid plans return.

EasyLessonPlan is operated by Solomon Tatwebwa (trading as EasyLessons). If paid plans return, the payment provider that handles checkout, tax and invoicing will be named here and in our Terms before any charge can be made.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases: within 30 days of an order date you may request a full refund, for any reason. This applies to individual teacher plans and to school licences, and it continues to apply to any order already placed with us.

When a refund is issued, paid access ends. The account returns to the free service, and on a refunded school licence the teacher seats it provided end with it. Lesson plans and planning resources already saved stay in the account.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

For any purchase made in the last 14 days, the "Withdraw from contract here" link on your Account page exercises it, or you can email easylessons@easylessons.app. We will confirm your withdrawal by email and arrange the refund.

This statutory right is in addition to, not instead of, our 30-day money-back guarantee — whichever gives you more, you keep.

Email easylessons@easylessons.app from the address used at checkout and tell us the order you mean. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling stops future renewals: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and no money comes back. A refund returns money already paid and ends paid access. You can ask for either, or both, and we will say which one we have done.

While the free period lasts there is no subscription to cancel. If paid plans return, cancellation will be available from your Account page.
